Who we are
SplineStudio is a software development company. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@splinestudio.com. This page is the data controller’s privacy notice for visitors to splinestudio.com.
What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you choose to send us:
- Contact form data — your name, email address, company (optional), the message you write, and the budget/timeline/prototype options you select.
- Direct contact — if you email us or message us on LinkedIn or Telegram, we receive whatever you include in that message.
- Server/technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use this to identify you.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it (legal basis)
We use the data you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and communicate with you about it. Under the GDPR, our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the conversation and our legitimate business records, then delete it.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of processors to run the site:
- Form delivery — contact-form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a third-party form service, which processes the submitted fields only to deliver them to us.
- Hosting & CDN — our hosting/CDN provider serves the site and may process technical logs as described above.
- Web fonts — we load fonts from Google Fonts; your browser’s request to Google may include your IP address.
Each processor handles data under its own terms and applicable data-protection law.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK or a comparable jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@splinestudio.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by law. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, consistent with the security-focused engineering practices described on our compliance & security page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
This notice is provided for transparency and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel and tailored to your final hosting, analytics and form providers before launch.
